Hello Music Families:

This week the Livermore Music organization kicks off our last fundraiser for the school year.  The money we earn through fundraising allows us to continue to pay for coaches, purchase new instruments and supply the posh buses when we travel to festivals.  As an organization, we are below our annual fundraising goal and we need your participation to be able to continue to support our kids.

Monday and Tuesday students will receive a Ripcity Popcorn sales pamphlet.  This is a new fundraiser for us. We will be selling popcorn, coffee, gluten free mixes and swag.  There is also an option to donate via the platform if families don’t want product but want to support our program.  Students will have a chance to earn prizes based on the number of items they sell.  The student with the highest sales (min of 25 items) will receive a new pair of Crocs Clogs.  Also the class period with the highest sales will receive a popcorn party. This fundraiser will run from Monday, April 14 – May 2nd.

Student’s will set up their sales platform in class but please ask them to share the information with you. You can push out the link to the student’s platform via text, social media or email.  The more ways you share the information the better sales will go. Have family out of state?  Items purchased can be shipped directly to the buyers home, for a small shipping fee.  Typically they will receive products within a week of purchase. For local supporters, there is also an opportunity to ship direct to the school, products will arrive and be distributed to the students mid May.
